Today at Periwinkle English Medium School and Junior College, Sus Branch, Teacher’s Day was celebrated, where students expressed gratitude to their teachers through various activities.
Classrooms and school premises were decorated creating a colourful ambience.
President Shri. Rajendra Bandal sir and Director Mrs. Rekha Bandal ma’am graced the occasion by performing Pooja of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan along with principal Mrs Nirmal Pandit ma’am.
Sashes saying “PROUD TO BE A TEACHER” were presented to all teachers.
Management appreciated all the teachers and felicitated them with a gift as a token of respect.
All teachers, supervisor, H.O.D. and incharges presented silver coated lamp and Aarti set to the school.
Students also organized cultural events, skits, delivered speeches, presentations and entertainment performances to honor their teachers. Students presented handmade cards with heartfelt messages, small gifts and flowers for their teachers.
10th and 12th grade students played the teachers’ role and conducted offline and online classes for lower grades.
