Periwinkle English medium school is a Maharashtra government recognized Chaitanya Vidya Pratishthan’s  state board school and has classes from playgroup to junior college in all streams- Science / Commerce / Arts.

Periwinkle English medium school was established in the year 2009 at Bavdhan by the young and dynamic personality honorable President Mr. Rajendra Bandal Sir and Director Mrs. Rekha Bandal Mam providing 12 yrs of quality education.

Periwinkle is now a family of 3500 students and 350 staff in total .The school now has spreaded its branches in Sus (2014-15),Pirangut (2013-14) and Paud (2015-16) . Recently in upcoming years our institute has developed 2 more new branches in Kolwan and Male. Junior college started in Sus, Pirangut and Bavdhan, now it has become a periwinkle group of institutes.

The president of institutes believes that every child should get benefit of English medium school education; hence he runs the school for noble cause by implementing no donation, no deposit method. And he is performing his social duties in a noble way. Periwinkle believes in the philosophy that each child matters. Hence the entire focus of the school is bonded to provide circumstances for the growth and betterment of each child belonging to periwinkle family.

Periwinkle provides the necessary infrastructure for the perfect learning environment for all the students. Breaking the norms of traditional schooling, and understanding the need of 21^st Century, Periwinkle school fulfills todays generations needs and demands. So, we are introducing the variety of range like modified computer lab, Science lab, digital classroom, updated library, music, dance, Sanskrit, German, Abacus and Vedic Math classes and other sports activity.

The previous board class students have added feathers to the school camp by scoring fantastic results in their board exam, periwinkle has given 100% result from the last 7 years for SCC board. Proud moment to cherish for SUS branch, to achieve 100% result for 1^st batch of 12^th grade this year 2022-23.

Though it is a English Medium school, we believe in our Indian culture. So we celebrate all the events in traditional way. Our teaching staff also puts efforts by using various teaching methodology like multiple intelligence, project based methodologies etc. At Periwinkle, we also provide  maximum learning environment , which include regular curriculum, competative exams like Olympiad, scholarship, Hindi Rastrabhasha, Manak inspire award, Shlok competition (Ramdas swami dasbodh pathan), Science Exhibition, field trip, Annual social gathering etc, to develop the overall personality of the students where they get opportunities to showcase their talents and skills in various ways.
